Scheduling platforms tried before Sky Schedule
A family-built flight school in the New Mexico desert
Out at Las Cruces International Airport, Chris and Denise Frost have spent over 21 years doing one thing exceptionally well: turning people into pilots. Frost Aviation Services is a family-run school in the truest sense — open seven days a week, the kind of place where the owners meet you at the fuel pump and remember your name.
And the results speak for themselves. Walk through Frost's roster and you'll find Junior ROTC cadets on Las Cruces Public School scholarships, NMSU students, rotor-transition pilots moving into fixed-wing, and folks who drove in from Texas, Arizona, Colorado, Washington, and beyond.

Frost trains every rating from Private all the way to ATP and CFII — and a remarkable number of those students have gone on to careers and the airlines. They even run a self-serve AVGAS operation that's known across the region for being one of the best-value FBOs around.
In other words: this is not a small operation. Today Frost is running roughly 140 active students, around 200 flights a month, and a 15-aircraft fleet. That's a lot of moving parts.
The problem: a great school running on too many tools
Here's the thing about a school that grows the way Frost has — the operation grows faster than the systems holding it together. Scheduling in one place. Student records somewhere else. Billing in a third tool. Reporting cobbled together by hand. Sound familiar?
