If you purchase a subscription or paid service, you agree to pay all fees associated with your account. Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and authorizing us to charge your payment method.
Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with notice to you. If you do not agree to the new pricing, you may cancel your subscription before the changes take effect.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Sky Schedule LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of any data, content, or information you submit to the Service. By submitting content to the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute such content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sky Schedule LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or violation of any rights of another.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the United States.
