How Fellowship Aviation Matched Records to the Schedule
A flight school that moved scheduling and student records into Sky Schedule. Training, billing, and compliance now share one system.

The challenge
Before Sky Schedule, Fellowship Aviation kept student records separate from the live schedule. A booking on the calendar did not always match what was on file. Endorsements, balances, and required documents were checked manually at checkout. That meant rework, delays, and flights going out before the paperwork was right.
Sound familiar?
Most flight schools outgrow their first tools the same way. You add another tab, another export, another workaround, and suddenly your team is managing the software instead of running the operation.
The solution
Fellowship Aviation runs students, aircraft, scheduling, and billing in Sky Schedule. Onboarding forms capture what each student needs before training starts.
Activity types carry their own requirements. A reservation is not treated as a go until the documents for that flight are on file.
Completed flights feed billing automatically. Cards on file stay with the student, so the desk is not running a second process after every lesson.
The results
- Student records match the live schedule
- Required documents checked before checkout
- Billing tied to completed flights
- Less rework at the front desk
Fellowship Aviation now has one source of truth for training and operations. The schedule and the record stay in sync.
