1. Introduction

Sky Schedule is a flight school and FBO management platform operated by Baumann Systems LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our software at app.skyschedule.io. By using the Service you agree to this policy.

2. Information We Collect

Account and identity information including full name, email address, phone number, date of birth, and mailing address. Organizational information including flight school name, ICAO identifier, and administrator settings. Flight and training records including reservations, completed flight logs, Hobbs and tach readings, routes, flight hours, and training progress. Billing and invoice information including invoice records and transaction history — we do not store raw card numbers; payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc., and we store only the last four digits and card brand for display. Uploaded compliance documents including pilot certificates, medical certificates, aircraft documents, and inspection records. Aircraft and maintenance data including tail numbers, squawks, work orders, and inventory records. CRM and lead information submitted through our contact and enrollment forms. Usage and technical data including IP address, browser type, and page visit timestamps.

When you connect QuickBooks Online, we store the OAuth tokens and account identifiers required to maintain that connection. We do not store your QuickBooks login credentials.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide and operate the platform, process reservations and billing, generate invoices and reports, maintain training and compliance records, synchronize data with third-party services you connect, send transactional emails, power our AI assistant with your organization's operational data, monitor security, and comply with applicable law.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your information. We share data with service providers who help us operate the platform: Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (payment processing), Resend (transactional email), Vercel (hosting), Mapbox (maps), FlightAware (flight tracking), and OpenAI (AI features). Each is bound by data protection agreements. When you connect QuickBooks Online, relevant invoice and customer data is sent to Intuit at your direction. We may disclose data when required by law.

5. Data Storage and Security

Data is stored in the United States using Supabase on AWS infrastructure. We use row-level security policies, TLS encryption, and role-based access controls. Each flight school's data is logically isolated — one organization cannot access another's data.

6. Data Retention

We retain data as long as your account is active. You may request deletion by contacting us, subject to any legal or regulatory retention requirements.

7. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated by posting the updated policy and revising the effective date.
