Whether you're creating onboarding workflows, generating reports, drafting emails, building forms, or managing scheduling tasks, Arlo can help complete work in seconds that would normally take much longer to do manually.

Accessing Arlo

Arlo is available directly within Sky Schedule and can be prompted using natural language. Simply tell Arlo what you'd like to accomplish, and it will generate the appropriate workflow, form, report, or action for you.

Actions on Your Behalf

Arlo is trained to take action inside Sky Schedule, not just answer questions. The more operational data you have in the platform, the more useful reporting, briefs, and automations become.

Examples of what you can ask:

• Build and publish student or instructor onboarding forms from a plain-language prompt
• Draft and send emails to individuals or your whole team
• Build and publish custom Customer Relationships forms, then copy the live link or embed code
• Run morning briefs and operational summaries from dashboard inputs
• Answer questions about flights, schedules, and anything else that can be reported on

Arlo capabilities continue to expand, including more widgets across the product for tasks like following up on inbound discovery flight and form submissions.

Creating Onboarding Forms

One of Arlo's most popular features is the ability to build onboarding forms for students and instructors.

For example, you can ask:

“Can you build a student onboarding form that collects a driver's license, birth certificate, medical certificate, and passport photo?”

Arlo will automatically generate the onboarding form and organize the requested fields and document uploads for review.

Once the form has been created, you can review it, make any necessary changes, and publish it.

Assigning Requirements

After publishing an onboarding form, you can choose who it applies to.

Forms can be assigned to:

• Individual students
• Individual instructors
• Groups of users
• All students
• All instructors

When a form is assigned, users will be prompted to complete the required information and upload any requested documents directly from their dashboard.

Sending Emails with Arlo

Ask Arlo to draft an email for a specific person or group. For example: “Send an email to Ryan asking him to upload his missing documents.” Arlo drafts the message, you review it, and send when ready.

This works for one-off requests, team-wide updates, and follow-ups from Customer Relationships when a new lead or form submission comes in.

Tips for Better Results

Arlo works best when instructions are specific and detailed.

Instead of asking:

“Create an onboarding form.”

Try asking:

“Create a student onboarding form that collects emergency contact information, medical certificate uploads, driver's license uploads, and a signed training agreement.”

The more context you provide, the more tailored Arlo's results will be.
