Flight Logs

Inside the Reports tab you'll find a complete log of every flight for the month, updated on a rolling monthly basis. You can filter through your logs by:

• CFI (instructor)
• Pilot (student)
• Aircraft
• Date range

Once you've got the view you want, you can export everything as a CSV for external record keeping, audits, or whatever you need it for.

Intelligence Reports

The Intelligence Report is one of the most powerful features in SkySchedule. At the end of each month, our AI model pulls together every piece of data across your entire operation and generates a comprehensive report built specifically around your flight school.

This isn't a generic summary - it looks at everything. That includes:

• Instructor and student performance - who's excelling, who might need attention.
• Revenue metrics - how the school is trending financially.
• Aircraft utilization - and the factors behind it. For example, if it rained five days this month in San Diego, the report will connect that to lower utilization so you're not left wondering why the numbers look the way they do.
• Student progress - pulling from training data across the board to show you where your students are and who's moving through their training the fastest.
• Actionable recommendations - not just data, but specific, personalized suggestions for how to grow your flight school based on what's actually happening inside your operation.

The more data that flows through Sky Schedule - flights completed, progress updated, invoices sent - the sharper and more useful these reports become.
