Welcome to Customer Relationships
Customer Relationships is built specifically for flight schools - designed to take someone from their very first inquiry all the way to an enrolled student without ever leaving the platform. Everything you need to capture, manage, and convert leads is in one place.
Custom Form Builder
Navigate to Customer Relationships → Forms to build custom forms with any fields you need. Add first name, last name, email, phone, “How did you hear about us?”, dropdowns, signatures, file uploads, and more. You can also ask Arlo to build a form for you, publish it, then copy the live link or embed code.
When a form is ready, publish it as a live link or embed it directly on your website. Submissions flow into Inbound Leads so you can follow up without a separate tool.
Contact Form
The contact form captures visitor information and sends it straight into your Inbound Leads. For every submission you'll see:
- Name
- Phone number
- What they're interested in
- Their message
From Inbound Leads, you can schedule a Google Meet or a discovery flight in just two clicks, and convert them from a lead to a full student - making the inquiry-to-enrollment process as frictionless as possible.
Team Login Widget
Customer Relationships includes a team login widget you can embed on your website. Instead of sending visitors to a separate login page, students and instructors can sign in right from your site. Clean, simple, and on-brand.
Discovery Flight Widget
The Discovery Flight widget is one of the most powerful tools in Customer Relationships. You can link to it from a button on your website or embed it directly on a page. Preview the discovery flight widget.
Here's how it works:
Setup
- Choose a banner image to personalize the experience.
- Select your booking mode:
- Inquiry - The submission comes in as an inbound lead with their details. You can follow up and schedule the flight from there.
- Inquiry + Pay - Price out the discovery flight product. When a visitor books, they are directed to checkout to pay upfront. Payment status is visible in Inbound Leads so you always know who has paid.
- Turn on availability to offer time slot booking so leads can pick from open slots on your schedule.
Packages
Inside the widget, you can create up to three packages to offer prospective students. Each package can include:
- A product name
- A short description
- An optional price
This gives visitors a clear picture of what you offer and lets them self-select before they even speak to you.
Availability & Time Slot Booking
When availability is enabled, leads can book using real-time instructor availability pulled from each instructor's schedule in their dashboard. Time slot booking cuts down back-and-forth and helps prevent double booking.
Inbound Leads & Follow-Up
When someone submits through the discovery flight widget, they become an inbound lead with their details saved in Sky Schedule. From Inbound Leads you can:
- Add a discovery flight, which pre-fills their information so you do not re-enter it.
- Schedule a Google Meet or discovery flight in a few clicks.
- Send a follow-up email with Arlo.
- Convert them from a lead to a full student when they are ready.
The Full Lead Journey
With Customer Relationships, the entire discovery flight process is handled end to end:
- A visitor finds your website and fills out the discovery flight widget or a custom form.
- They select a package and pay (if Inquiry + Pay is enabled).
- The lead appears in your Inbound Leads with their details and payment status.
- You schedule their flight based on live availability or time slots.
- When they're ready, convert them to a student in one click.
No spreadsheets, no manual follow-ups, no third-party tools - just a smooth pipeline from curious visitor to enrolled student.
