Embeddable Forms

Navigate to Forms to find two white-labeled widgets you can embed directly on your website inside any HTML container. Both forms match your brand and give your website a seamless, professional feel.

Contact Form

The contact form captures visitor information and sends it straight into your Inbound Leads. For every submission you'll see:

• Name
• Email
• Phone number
• What they're interested in
• Their message

From Inbound Leads, you can schedule a Google Meet or a discovery flight in just two clicks, and convert them from a lead to a full student - making the inquiry-to-enrollment process as frictionless as possible.

Team Login Widget

Instead of redirecting visitors to a separate login page, embed the login widget directly on your website so students and instructors can sign in right from your site. Clean, simple, and on-brand.

Discovery Flight Widget

The Discovery Flight widget is one of the most powerful tools in the CRM. You can either link to it via a button on your website or embed it directly on a page. Here's how it works:

Setup

• Choose a banner image to personalize the experience.
• Select your booking mode:
  • Inquiry Only - The lead is submitted as a discovery flight request in your Inbound Leads with all their details. From there, you can reach out and schedule the flight manually.
  • Inquiry + Pay - Set a price for the discovery flight. When a visitor clicks Book & Pay Now, they're directed to your connected payments account and prompted to pay upfront. The payment status is visible directly inside Inbound Leads, so you always know who has paid and who hasn't.

Packages

Inside the widget, you can create up to three packages to offer prospective students. Each package can include:

• A product name
• A short description
• An optional price

This gives visitors a clear picture of what you offer and lets them self-select before they even speak to you.

Instructor Availability

When a lead goes to book a discovery flight, they can view real-time instructor availability - pulled directly from each instructor's schedule in their dashboard. No back-and-forth, no double booking.

The Full Lead Journey

With the SkySchedule CRM, the entire discovery flight process is handled end to end:

• A visitor finds your website and fills out the discovery flight widget.
• They select a package and pay (if Inquiry + Pay is enabled).
• The lead appears in your Inbound Leads with their details and payment status.
• You schedule their flight based on live instructor availability.
• When they're ready, convert them to a student in one click.
