1. Advanced auto-billing

Auto-billing now factors in active memberships, primary and secondary cards on file, and student-specific billing permissions when processing charges automatically.

2. Student self-pay option

School owners can now enable students to bill themselves. In a student profile, open Permissions and toggle Can pay for their own flights. Students are prompted to pay immediately when a reservation is completed.

3. Supports two cards on file

Students and instructors can now store both a primary and secondary card. Billing logic can reference both when processing charges.

4. Admin-added cards on file

Admins and instructors can add a card on file on behalf of a student or instructor.

5. Card-on-file option during onboarding

Schools can require students and instructors to submit a card on file as part of onboarding to keep billing setup consistent from day one.

6. Packages and memberships

Memberships can now be created in Billing, including discounted rates tied to specific revenue streams for recurring billing and loyalty programs.
