You can import people, historical invoices, and your future schedule. Each import has a few prerequisites so records match correctly, but the process is designed to be drag-and-drop simple.

Import People

Import Invoices

Bring over historical invoices from your previous software so students and instructors have receipt history in Sky Schedule.

1. Make sure all people are imported and settled in Sky Schedule first. Invoice matching relies on people already existing on their accounts.
2. In your previous software, export an invoice detail report as Excel or CSV.
3. Drop the file into Sky Schedule. The import matches people to their older invoices and associates them as receipts on the correct accounts.

Import Future Schedule

Prefill upcoming reservations instead of rebuilding your calendar by hand.

1. Confirm all people and aircraft are already in Sky Schedule.
2. In your current software, open reservations with a reserved status for future flights and export that file.
3. Drop the export into Sky Schedule. The import prefills schedule entries for you based on the file.
