How It Works
Step 1 - Export Your People
Inside your current software, navigate to Reports (or wherever your contact list lives), open Contact Information, and export the file as an Excel or CSV.
Step 2 - Filter to Active Members
Before exporting, set the status filter to Active. This keeps your import clean by skipping old inactive contacts you don't need to bring over.
Step 3 - Drag and Drop Your File
Drop the file into SkySchedule. The platform automatically parses everyone's names, emails, phone numbers, and roles - no reformatting, no column mapping, no guesswork.
Step 4 - Send Invites in Two Clicks
Review your list, select everyone you want to bring over - or select all - and click Invite. Every person on the list receives an email prompting them to join your flight school. Their account is set up and ready to go from the moment they accept.
